JOB GOAL
The Marketing Manager will create and implement a variety of paid and organic marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums, including digital advertising networks, social media sites, HPS websites, and other online and offline platforms. The Marketing Manager also will provide performance reports and recommendations for current and future marketing campaigns.

Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum two years of experience in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, social media strategy,communications, or journalism (preferred).
- Understands and supports the mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
- Implements broader marketing strategy through social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, and digital ad
- placements.
- Creates and manages digital advertising campaigns via Google Ads and Facebook Ads networks, among others.
- Makes tactical decisions and recommendations about digital marketing campaigns, both paid and organic.
- Reports on digital marketing campaign performance to internal stakeholders, including leadership.
- Provides budget recommendations for paid digital marketing efforts.
- Contributes to digital and social media content efforts.
- Develops content for digital distribution, including but not limited to blog posts, website landing pages, social
- media posts and campaigns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Working understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- High level understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the district.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
- Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine and telephone.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Ability to use effective interview techniques, effective public speaking skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
- Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
- Position is in office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
- Moderate travel is required.
