Harmony Food Co-op is looking for a Produce Manager to lead one of the most vibrant and welcoming departments in our store. As Produce Manager, you'll lead a talented team, oversee department operations, maintain exceptional quality standards, and help create a shopping experience that keeps our guests coming back.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Produce team.
- Order and manage inventory to keep displays fresh, abundant, and profitable.
- Create attractive, well-stocked displays that celebrate seasonal produce.
- Ensure outstanding food safety and quality standards.
- Manage department margins, shrink, labor, and sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with local and regional suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a positive team culture.

Employment Category D. Serves on the Management Team. Starting wage: $20-$26 per hour dependent on experience and skills. Status: Full Time (40/week).
