Position Summary:
Harmony Supported Living Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in maintaining independence and achieving goals outlined in their Individual Program Plan (IPP) and Individual Service Plan (ISP) in accordance with Title 17 requirements. DSPs play a vital role in promoting dignity, choice, and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Support community integration, engagement, and skill development
- Implement ISP goals and document progress accurately and timely
- Complete daily documentation and report any concerns or changes in condition
- Follow all service plans, safety protocols, and program policies
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving or developmental services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow individualized service plans and directions
Additional Requirements:
- Valid California Driver’s License
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Successful background clearance
