Harmony ISD is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and student-centered Varsity Offensive Coordinator to join our coaching staff. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is committed to developing student-athletes, building strong character, and contributing to the overall success of the Harmony Eagles athletic program.
Position:
Varsity Offensive Coordinator
Full-Time | Coaching Teaching Position
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the development and implementation of the offensive philosophy, playbook, and weekly game plans
- Coordinating all offensive practices, meetings, and film sessions
- Collaborating with the Head Football Coach and coaching staff to support overall program goals
- Coaching a position group as assigned
- Evaluating player performance and leading off-season development
- Supporting academic success, sportsmanship, and character development of all student-athletes
- Assisting with athletic program duties as needed throughout the year
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas teaching certificate (teaching field TBD based on district needs)
- Prior football coaching experience required; play-calling or coordinator experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the Harmony community
- Commitment to UIL standards, compliance, and student safety
Additional Information:
- Teaching assignment will be determined based on applicant qualifications and district needs
- Competitive stipend and coaching duties included
- Position begins for the 2025–2026 school year (or adjust as needed)
