This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Longmont, CO headquarters. You'll thrive in a focused, supportive environment designed for high-performance phone sales—no cold calling, no distractions.
What You'll Do
Conduct phone consultations using our proven discovery process
Present and sell life, health, Medicare, and retirement insurance from our 15 carrier portfolio
Follow our sales system—no cold calling; warm, pre-qualified leads provided
Maintain 70% placement rates using our structured approach and support
Provide ongoing service via phone to keep 90% policy retention
Participate in community outreach and enrollment sessions via phone
Use HubSpot CRM and JustCall phone system to document all client interactions
Deliver exceptional service and help us maintain 95% client satisfaction

Qualifications
Active Colorado Life & Health Insurance License (required)
2–5 years of phone sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
Proven telesales results and strong communication/closing skills
Experience with CRM and phone systems (HubSpot JustCall a plus)
Must work on-site at our Longmont office (no remote work)
