Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) Caregiver to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Respond to resident needs promptly and respectfully, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritized
• Provide medication reminders or assistance per RCFE regulations
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control standards
• Operate assistive devices safely to prevent injury during transfers
• Follow all state licensing requirements and facility policies
• Collaborate with RCFE staff, social workers, and families to uphold personalized care plans

Requirements

• Current RCFE caregiver experience (or other senior care settings) preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• TB test and health screeningAbility to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or transferring residents using Hoyer lifts or similar equipment
• Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
