Position Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for researching and identifying, prospective buyers within particular market segments, bringing awareness to our products and services and converting leads into pipeline opportunity for our sales team to close. This is an in-person, in office position or remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Researches, identifies, manages contact data, and generates/nurtures leads that yield an appointment set with a prospective buyer target
- Optimizes list-building and contact management tools (i.e., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, etc.)
- Succinctly summarizes key prospective buyer triggers, drivers and/or profiles into CRM or other tools/formats as needed to manage and quantify a funnel of target opportunity
- Executes templated cadences for email, telephone, postal mail, social media and other outreach
- Qualifies inbound leads and advances them to the next step in our company’s sales cycle
- Partners closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure strong communication and proper handoffs
- Accurately enters and maintains clean data in CRM
- Routinely reports out prospecting activities completed, and new opportunities identified/appointments set

- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- Passionate about sales and customer experience
