Harmony Health invites licensed health agents to become ACA Sales Partners (1099) working remotely and owning their own book of business. This independent partnership allows you to set your own hours and work from anywhere while selling ACA Marketplace plans during Open Enrollment. Earn immediate commissions plus ongoing residuals, and build a team to maximize your income streams.
Responsibilities
- Enroll customers in ACA Marketplace health plans efficiently and compliantly
- Manage and maintain an active book of clients for ongoing residual earnings
- Recruit and refer licensed agents to build a productive team and earn overrides
- Utilize provided leads, phone systems, and software to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Health insurance industry knowledge
- Effective sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
- Strong self-motivation and time management abilities
