This is not your typical associate position. This is not a “chiro-therapy” job. This is for a doctor who believes chiropractic is about correcting subluxation, restoring nervous system function, and letting the body do what it’s designed to do.

At Harmony Family Chiropractic, we’re on a mission to give families hope, answers, and help through neurologically-based chiropractic care. We’re a fast-growing, high-energy, neurologically focused pediatric and family chiropractic office and we are looking for an incredible chiropractor to grow with us.

We serve pregnant moms, babies, and families and have a heavy focus on neurodivergent kiddos. We follow the PX model - all of our members are on care plans or programs of care vs drop-in.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent chiropractic adjustments in an efficient, patient-centered environment
• Perform Reports of Findings and confidently present care recommendations
• Generate new patients through screenings, talks, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Build patient relationships and retention
• Contribute to team culture and clinic growth
• Help scale a premier Cary chiropractic brand

What We Need

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Doctor of Chiropractic in North Carolina
• Principled
• Coachable but self-driven
• Strong communicator
• Team player with high energy / positive presence
• Competitive and growth-minded
• Professional and dependable
• Excellent manual adjusting skills (diversified or similar techniques)
• Efficient adjuster (15-18 visits/hour capability)
• Familiar with PX Docs
