Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Loan Officer located in Midlothian, TX. The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, analyzing financial data, evaluating loan applications, and recommending appropriate financial solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting due diligence, collaborating with colleagues to execute loan closings, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations. The role requires strong communication skills to support customers in achieving their financial goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Officers and managing business relationships
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Loans
- Expertise in Underwriting, including credit analysis and risk assessment
- Familiarity with SBA loans and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field, and or seasoned experience
- Prior experience in commercial lending or banking is preferred
