We are looking for a licensed massage therapist who aligns with our team-oriented and exceptional service driven outlook.
We are open to both new graduates and seasoned professionals with an established clientele.
We have a beautiful spa with a great central location in Sequim - offering flexible schedules, booking services, commission and rental options, and laundry on site.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of massage modalities including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment to ensure client comfort and safety.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy.
- Proficient in patient service and assessment techniques.
- Experience with pain management strategies and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service while addressing client needs.
