Requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs to standardize daily operations.
- Define KPIs and performance
metrics to support operational
improvements.
- Assist with setup, launch, and
stabilization of new warehouse sites.
- Improve
workflow efficiency by designing and implementing optimized processes.
- Lead and support training programs for warehouse and operations staff.
- Monitor operational performance
and execute initiatives for cost control and revenue improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply
Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
- Bilingual
in English and Korean
- 1–3
years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B/B2C operations
(preferred)
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of
urgency
- Willingness
to travel within the U.S. and Canada
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with logistics
systems, especially WMS, is a plus
