Korean bilingual - Customs Brokerage Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to lead the import compliance and customs clearance operations. This role oversees a team of entry writers and ensures smooth, compliant, and timely import processing while driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the customs brokerage team, including training, workload distribution, and performance oversight.Oversee the full import clearance process (ISF, customs entries, audits, billing) and resolve escalated issues.Ensure all operations comply with U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classifications, PGAs, and company SOPs.Improve department workflows, quality control, and operational efficiency.Partner with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal) to support client onboarding and service delivery.Maintain customs systems, reporting tools, and provide management with performance and compliance reports.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field (preferred).7 years of customs brokerage or international trade experience, including 2–3 years in management/supervision.Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR), HTS, PGAs, valuation, etc.Proven leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Experience with customs/brokerage systems (preferred).Bilingual in Korean and English (required).BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision PPO InsuranceLife, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance401(k) PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Additional Paid Leave (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)Years of Service AwardsEducation Assistance Program (based on eligibility)

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
