Position OverviewWe are seeking an Asian Market Sales Representative to support sales growth across Korean and broader Asian retail channels in the U.S. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, and executing sales/marketing initiatives to increase product placement and channel performance.Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in customer communication.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Account ManagementManage and support existing accounts including Asian grocery chains, distributors, and retail partners.Process and track sales orders, shipment schedules, and requisitions to ensure accurate and timely delivery.Monitor inventory levels and communicate with customers regarding shipment status and discrepancies.Financial & Administrative SupportHandle customer invoicing, shipment scheduling, and AR aging to ensure timely payments.Review and reconcile deductions, promotional claims, and trade spending.Support pricing calculations, margin analysis, and contract review.Organize and maintain documents (contracts, invoices, promotional agreements).Sales Strategy & Market DevelopmentConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.Support sales strategy development to expand product placements and improve channel performance.Prepare sales presentations and proposals for buyer meetings.Execute promotional programs and merchandising initiatives at HQ and store levels.Cross-Functional Collaboration & ReportingWork with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations.Collect customer feedback and market intelligence and share insights with management.Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.
