Senior Product Specialist
Harmonic Resolution Systems (HRS), an industry leader in precision-engineered, high-performance audio solutions, is seeking an experienced and highly driven professional to join our production team in a senior-level role. This position is central to advancing our manufacturing excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and supporting the continued evolution of HRS products and processes.
Building upon the responsibilities of the Product Specialist role, you will take on a leadership position within our production environment. Working closely with senior staff and cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading production planning and workflow within one or more product cells
- Executing all core Product Specialist responsibilities with a high level of expertise and consistency
- Demonstrating mastery of all production processes, with the ability to train and mentor team members across the organization
- Driving the development and implementation of new production processes to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Creating, reviewing, and approving inspection standards and manufacturing process documentation
- Managing cell-level inventory systems, including bin management, and collaborating with production planning to generate material purchase orders and stock releases
- Supervising, training, and supporting team members within designated product cells, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (additional technical training or certifications preferred)
- Extensive hands-on experience in precision manufacturing or assembly environments
- Proven leadership ability with experience training and mentoring others
- Exceptional mechanical aptitude and process understanding
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and experience with production or inventory systems (preferred)
