Role Description
The Connection Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Milwaukee, WI.
This role is centered on building and nurturing relationships that strengthen community connection. The Connection Coordinator will support donor relations and grant writing efforts, coordinate community experiences and events, and contribute to tracking and communicating the impact of our work.
Responsibilities include managing relationships with partners and stakeholders, supporting program implementation, and helping create a welcoming, inclusive environment within Harmonic Harvest’s headquarters and community spaces.
This role is rooted in our mission to foster social sustainability by empowering community connection. We are seeking someone who is highly relational, organized, and passionate about creating meaningful impact and addressing the loneliness epidemic through intentional gathering.
Evening and weekend availability is required as we continue expanding our HQ hours to increase opportunities for community engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and maintain meaningful connections with community members, partners, and stakeholders

- Experience supporting fundraising efforts, donor relations, and/or grant writing, with an understanding of how to communicate impact effectively
- Demonstrated ability in event planning, program coordination, and logistical management to execute community-centered initiatives
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media to promote programs, events, and organizational storytelling
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with intention and follow-through
- Ability to track, document, and communicate program impact in a clear and compelling way
- Experience working in nonprofit, community-based, or mission-driven environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sociology, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred
