Senior Manager of Revenue Operations | Pe-Backed, B2B SaaS | Denver (Hybrid)
Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed software company serving a mission-critical industry with modern, cloud-based tools that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. As a leading provider of asset maintenance software for field servicing companies, the business is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and internationally. This hire will play a crucial role in forming foundational, operational excellence and building the systems and processes that will support long-term sustainable growth. With 25 million in revenue, and several new projects underway, our client is a leader in their market, have the backing of one of the most reputable PE firms in the industry and are looking for someone who wants to have a large impact on the business from day one.
The Role
This role will need a GTM leader with a strong blend of finance, as well as marketing and sales operations experience; someone who can optimize top-of-funnel performance, elevate SDR productivity, and own HubSpot. You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue operation strategies while also aligning sales operations, marketing operations, and enhancing top-of-funnel performance. The ideal candidate brings a startup mindset and a track record of building and scaling RevOps from the ground up and using data to drive meaningful commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Improve top-of-funnel performance by refining lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Own and optimize HubSpot across marketing, SDR, sales, and customer lifecycle workflows.
- Partner closely with Marketing to enhance demand generation efficiency, attribution, and reporting.
- Support SDR teams with better playbooks, sequences, automation, and insights to increase meeting volume and pipeline creation.
- Design scalable processes and systems to support rapid U.S. expansion and revenue growth.
- Act as a strategic GTM advisor: identifying bottlenecks, making recommendations, and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure strong data hygiene and governance practices across all revenue systems.
- Lead integration of tools and data sources across the revenue ecosystem to enable a seamless funnel.
What We Need to See (Essential)
- Demonstrated experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a SaaS or technology startup.
- Strong HubSpot experience (administration, workflows, reporting, marketing automation, and sales enablement).
- Proven ability to improve top-of-funnel efficiency and increase SDR booking rates.
- Strong GTM acumen, with the ability to partner effectively with Marketing, SDRs, and Sales leadership.
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
What We’d Like to See (Bonus)
- Experience scaling a GTM function through Series A/B/C or similar PE-backed growth phases.
- Ex Management Consultant or Investment Banker
- Experience supporting a company entering or expanding into new geographic markets (e.g., U.S. launch).
- Background in industries with multi-site, multi-entity, or operationally complex customer models.
- Self-starter with a bias for action- comfortable operating with pace, ambiguity, and ownership.
Package: $150,000-200,000 Bonus Equity
