We’re looking for talented individuals with a background in sales, hospitality, customer service, and sports join us as a delivery analyst to support the team with completion of searching on our most senior and exciting roles with tech and consumer start-ups.

The Role
The Research & Delivery Analyst role is pivotal in the successful completion of searches across the business. The position is a broad introduction to recruitment and resourcing, which focusses upon the building of a trusted community of candidates within a niche marketplace (80% over the phone, 10% candidate meetings, 10% marketing and events) and the delivery of searches to meet client requirements.
This position would suit an individual who genuinely enjoys cultivating meaningful candidate relationships but is also seeking to benefit from the progression prospects and financial incentives typically associated with an agency environment.
Daily and weekly targets will be used during your training so if you don’t thrive in a competitive environment (albeit a super-friendly one!), then this probably isn’t the role for you. We expect successful candidates to make promotion to Lead Research & Delivery Analyst between their fifth and eight months in the job. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build a niche candidate community via phone and face-to-face business development
- Source information or 'leads' on urgent hiring opportunities for Harmonic to fill
- Source candidates and produce in-depth candidate packs for live Harmonic vacancies
- Constantly source new candidate profiles and ensure regular tracking of existing candidates
- Take responsibility for the continued improvement and accuracy of the Harmonic CRM data
- Candidate focused business development activities including understanding who is hiring as well as tracking & converting leads
- Ensure strong collaboration across teams including sharing leads and providing insights on potential pipeline of upcoming roles
- Carry out market research including staying up to date with industry trends through articles etc.
- Write and co-ordinate the design of bespoke marketing materials for your marketplace
- Create original content specific to your market for the Harmonic website
What we need to see (Essential):
- Strong academic track record (3.0 GPA or above preferred)
- Prior paid work experience (part-time or full-time)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical and lateral thinking ability
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Creativity and commercial curiosity
