Licensed Mental Health Clinician (Outpatient – Erie County, NY)
Join Harmonia as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician providing compassionate, evidence-based care in our outpatient clinics. Be part of a collaborative team focused on quality care, balanced caseloads, and meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Provide individual (and occasional family/group) therapy
• Use evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, trauma, and more
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
• Track progress and adjust care plans
Collaboration
• Work with prescribers, care managers, and clinical team
• Coordinate with community providers and referral sources
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
Documentation & Compliance
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Manage schedule, caseload, and productivity
• Maintain compliance with OMH, Medicaid, and agency standards
What You Bring
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• NYS license: LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and engagement skills
• Client-centered, compassionate approach
Schedule & Environment
• Full-time, some evenings, no weekends
