Responsibilities:
- Sales, market appropriate products and services to service customer needs
- Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients and companies we represent on the phone, email and on paper.
- Supporting teammates with follow up for clients and prospects.
- Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
- Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company.
- Cultivate relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Positive Professional image in person and on phone.
- Must have at least 2 years experience and be licenced
- Self-starter, driven, can manage rejection well.
- Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Familiar with rating software.
- Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest.
