Harmer has partnered with a PE-backed industrial company seeking to hire for position of Senior FP&A Analyst.
- Location: Houston, TX (Out-of-State candidates will NOT be considered)

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance
- 3 years of corporate FP&A experience
- Sharp analytical skills
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Hyperion and/or Adaptive experience
- Proven ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis
- Desire for individual who has self-initiative, is committed, and ability to promote within 2 years.
Must be willing to initially work 60 hours per week in a fast-paced environment in the near-term until processes are established and implementation of improvements.
