What You’ll Lead
- Full ownership of the month-end close process and related reporting.
- Preparation and review of financial statements, cash flow, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Oversight of fixed assets, depreciation, and complex accounting entries.
- Coordination with external tax partners (sales & use, indirect, and federal).
- Support for the annual audit and tax filings.
- Implementation and enhancement of accounting procedures, internal controls, and systems.
- Leadership and development of the accounting team.
- Partnership with cross-functional leaders including FP&A, IT, and Operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4–5 years of management
- Demonstrated experience running or overseeing full month-end close
- Prior involvement with indirect taxes
