Requirements
- Develop, write, and edit technical manuals, procedures, and product documentation
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure content accuracy
- Create and maintain technical specifications and test documentation
- Produce and manage both digital and print documentation
- Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and formatting across all materials
- Maintain and update documentation, including version control and revision
- Proven experience in technical writing or a related field
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for a wide audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with documentation processes, templates, and version control systems
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to enhance productivity
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign is a plus
