What You Will Do
As a highly skilled and experienced Global E-commerce Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize our global e-commerce operations. You will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics, and international market trends. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience across our online platforms.
What You Will Do
- Oversee end-to-end operations for our global e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of online sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
- Assist the Sr. Director of E-commerce in analyzing marketplace expansion efforts and process coordination.
- Provide leadership by operating and managing three regional e-commerce organizations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage daily business operations by facilitating collaboration among team leadership to elevate e-commerce experience industry standards.
- Assist the Sr. Director of Operations by leading marketplace expansion efforts and coordinating process coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with e-commerce platforms, logistics, and international market trends.
- Ability to identify and implement best practices that drive operational excellence, including leveraging industry knowledge, best-in-class technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, order management systems, CRMs), and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Master’s and/or MBA degree
- 10 years of experience in Business Management, Marketing, web design, digital design, and/or eCommerce.
- Willing to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
- Willing to work from a home office located in Stamford, CT, or Northridge, CA.
