Table Games Dealer School will be Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00am until 5:00pm. Visit our careers page and sign up for Table Games Dealer School now! Please note that an MGC license is required prior to the start of school.
Experienced dealers will be responsible for dealing with all games professionally, accurately, and according to policies and procedures. Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures. Deal the games in a high
volume, fast paced and customer orientated gaming facility. Deal all games including Blackjack, Craps, Mississippi Stud and Three Card Poler. Respond to all guests’ questions, concerns, comments and behaviors in a polite, respectful and patient manner always.
- Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License
- Must be able to deal each game proficiently by the end of the course
- Must adhere to all gaming regulations, policies and procedures
- Must be able to compute payable odds and payable winning bets
- Hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Ability to verify fills and credits to the game
- Ability to educate guests on proper rules and procedures of the games
- Ability to monitor guest play and table action to ensure the integrity of the game and company assets
- Excellent math and communication skills
- Performs all other duties as assigned
