What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed or Associate Therapist — Women's Mental Health position at Harlowe Counseling?

That's what we do at Harlowe Counseling. We're a women's mental health group practice in Lake Nona, FL specializing in perinatal mental health, anxiety, couples, and teen and family work. We're growing and looking for 1 to 2 therapists to join us for a May or June 2026 start.
We've built this practice around three things: helping people live in alignment with who they actually are, showing up with real compassion (not just clinical competence), and making quality mental health care accessible to the people who need it most. Those values start with how we treat our team.

What we're looking for:
- Florida-licensed therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or registered associate/intern
- New grads welcome with private practice internship experience
- Experience or genuine interest in perinatal mental health, anxiety, women's issues, teens, or couples
- Someone who can work with autonomy and still show up as a team player
- Available for a hybrid schedule (around 2 in-office days per week in Lake Nona)
Compensation:
We believe you should be paid for all the work you do, not just your session hours. That includes your notes, meetings, and other administrative time. Compensation ranges from $41 to $56 per hour depending on licensure and experience.
Benefits include CEU stipend, equipment stipend, internet stipend, health reimbursement account (full-time), professional headshots, liability insurance coverage, free supervision for pre-licensed therapists, and all billing, insurance, and marketing handled for you.
