Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions regarding food and beverages.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments as required.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure high-quality service is consistently delivered.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
