Responsible for Mixing and serving drinks to guests, directly or through wait staff
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience preferred. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Casino environment; Must be able to tolerate casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise levels and stress related to serving customers in a high pressure fast paced environment.

Job Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Mix ingredients in order to prepare cocktails.
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment.
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to guests’ excessive drinking by taking steps as described in your TIPS Training.
- Check identification of guests who could questionably be under the age of 21.
- Keep bar area clean and free of dirty glasses, ashtrays, etc.
- Take beverage orders from guests as well as the wait staff.
- All other duties as assigned.
