Description
**Job Duties:**
- Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to
- Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a
- Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or
- Creating labor estimates for any project
- Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and
- Managing bids from vendors and contractors
- Using bid data to prepare detailed cost analysis
- Presenting prepared estimates to management
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring

Skills Required
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in

- Advanced computer competency and the ability to effectively use
