What You'll Do
As one of the first people our clients meet, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they contact our hospital.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments for our busy multi-doctor practice
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Educate clients about hospital services and patient care
- Communicate with veterinarians and medical staff to coordinate patient care
- Help ensure every client and patient receives compassionate, efficient service
