The Sales Associate (Fit specialist) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and setting appointments by mastering phone skills. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and making personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Conduct product demos and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical sales skills to effectively promote our product.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of appliance sales, including features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
- Execute and maintain phone call quotas, including text, emails, social media, phone calls, etc.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, adhering to our company values and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and experience in retail sales.
- Motorcycle endorsement is a positive And encouraged!!
- Experience in motorcycle sale is preferred.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
