Harley-Davidson of Lynchburg is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Motorclothes Manager to lead our retail apparel and merchandise department.

We're looking for someone with a strong retail clothing background who understands sales, merchandising, inventory management, and what it takes to grow a successful retail business.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, enjoys working closely with customers, has an eye for retail trends, and shares an interest in motorcycles and the power sports lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and drive department sales and profitability.
• Work closely with the General Manager on merchandise buying, product selection, and inventory planning.
• Monitor sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance.
• Create attractive merchandise displays and maintain an inviting retail environment.
• Lead, train, and motivate department employees.
• Build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and dealership events.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience, preferably in clothing or specialty retail.
• Strong sales skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience with merchandise buying, inventory management, and visual merchandising preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently.
• Passion for power sports or a genuine interest in the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
• Availability to work weekend, holidays and dealership events.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
