Responsibilities – Motorcycle Sales Associate :
- Help customers select and purchase the motorcycle of their dreams! Bring your 'A' game to work every day!
- Greet customers and identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are important!
- Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives
- Guide customers through the sales process while overcoming any objections for an immediate purchase.
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
- Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and our dealership's success
- Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude
