The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Coordinator Manufacturing.
Job Summary
Provides support to the assembly manufacturing process through management of the auto guided carriers (AGC’s) and related equipment monitoring systems in real time on the production floor. This includes monitoring the status of our AGC system through a custom Wonderware interface that controls the assembly automated system as whole.

Job Responsibilities
- Utilization of SAP for quality data management
- Utilization of a teach pendant to move AGC’s manually on shop floor
- Perform system audits to assure AGC system is at top performing status
- Support team leaders, operators, and supervisors as a resource for all AGC related issues
- Focus on customer service to assure minimal impact to assembly downtime metrics
- Provide leadership to shop floor for continuous improvement activities
- Works well within a team to assure coverage across the assembly process

- Manufacturing experience (1 years)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Collaboration and teamwork skills

- Able to work extended hours, including weekends.
- Ability to program .NET
