Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full time, on-site Client Services Associate to join our team. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing client services, advisor support, and an excellent client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to understand the financial planning profession from an operations viewpoint with opportunities for growth. Primary responsibilities will include scheduling and responding to client requests.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service to deliver high-quality client experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of Finance or experience in a financial services environment is preferred
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in managing documents and records
- Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
