Harken’s Landscape Supply is hiring full-time Sales Associates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Taking customer orders
· Fielding calls and resolving customer pain points
· Digging into client needs and helping guide them to the right product
· Creating quotes and invoices for customers
· Calculating material needs for each project
· Creating social media and email advertisements
· Creating signage for merchandising product

· Activity: A very fast-paced environment that includes some bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
· Surroundings: You will occasionally be working around moving machines, forklifts, and trucks and trailers
· Balanced Workload: Working independently is just as important as working as a team at Harken’s. Responsibilities involve working independently with the ability to demonstrate a high level of productivity while other times working with other team members is key to ensure a smooth transition from the office to the yard staff, to the delivery of product.
This position requires the candidate to assist customers with questions regarding products and their projects by knowing the material being sold. Harken’s specializes in landscape and hardscape materials such as pavers, wall block, outdoor kitchens, firepits, stone veneer, nursery, and more.

· Enjoys working with clients by greeting them and offering assistance
· Is confident and knowledgeable after training to resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive and memorable customer experience
· Provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
· Has strength in multi-tasking, attention to detail, general math skills, and a strong desire to learn

Requirements:
· Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
MUST HAVE RETAIL EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
