The Sr. Demand Planner provides demand forecasting, analysis, and develops plans to meet consumer demand across the United States. Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, the Sr. Demand Planner will support multiple channels (food, grocery, convenience, etc) and retail customers develop demand forecasts, coordinate monthly forecast reviews with the Supply Chain and Sales leadership team, utilize SAP, Excel, and other tools to gather demand planning data and create related reporting.
The ideal Sr. Demand Planner will have 5 years of experience specifically in demand planning and forecasting within the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry, prior experience utilizing SAP, advanced Excel skills, and a Bachelor's Degree. Are you HARIBO?
Responsibilities
Target Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually
This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate’s offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.

Responsibilities
- Provide Demand Planning forecasts, analysis, and develops plans to meet consumer demand across the United States
- Develop demand forecasts for multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of the Demand Planning function at HARIBO of America
- Create Demand Planning forecasts to support multiple channels (food, grocery, convenience, etc) and various retail customers
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate key performance measures with regards to forecast changes, KPIs, and risks and opportunities
- Utilize SAP, Excel, and other systems and processes to gather Demand Planning data and create related reports and accurate forecasts
- 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, forecasting, or very similar role within the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Demonstrated advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience working directly for the brand/manufacturer in a demand planning role
- Experience in candy, confectionery, or food manufacturing strongly preferred
