The Sr. National Account Manager - Walmart is responsible for directly managing and growing strategic partnerships between HARIBO of America and Walmart stores nationwide across the United States.
The Sr. National Account Manager focuses on total Walmart (not including Sam’s Club), focused on D1 and D82, not including seasonal. Continuing to build on a strong relationship with Walmart HQ, the Sr. National Account Manager – Walmart will achieve and/or exceed sales goals and KPIs by successfully partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
Located on-site at our satellite office in Bentonville, Arkansas, the ideal Sr. National Account Manager -Walmart candidate will have 5 years of strategic account sales and business development experience specifically in the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry with 2 years of experience dealing directly with Walmart corporate headquarters. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, a strong focus in fact-based selling using data and analytics, prior experience managing national accounts, and currently reside in the Bentonville, Arkansas metro area as this is an on-site position located at HARIBO’s satellite office in Bentonville near Walmart HQ.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies and plans that meet assigned sales and market share goals for assigned business for Walmart nationwide (not including Sam’s Club), focused on D1 and D82, not including seasonal
- Consistently achieve sales and profitability goals
- Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies for HARIBO & Walmart
- Develop accurate rolling sales forecasts, partner with HARIBO's Supply Chain teams to minimize out-of-stocks
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Trade Marketing, Sales Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Finance
- Leverage HARIBO product mix to drive profitability and meet customer and shopper targets
- 7 years of strategic sales experience specifically within the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- 2 years of experience calling on, or working for, Walmart corporate headquarters
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Prior experience managing National Accounts
- Working knowledge of customer and syndicated data tools (IRI, Circana, Nielsen, etc) and Walmart specific tools including Retail Link, Luminate, and Scintilla
- Ability to travel locally to Walmart HQ and nationally, as needed
- Currently reside in the Bentonville, Arkansas metro area. This is an on-site position located at HARIBO’s satellite office in Bentonville near Walmart HQ
- 8 years of sales/business development, category management, or related experience in the consumer goods industry, ideally fast-moving consumer packaged goods
- 3 years of experience calling on/selling into, or working at Walmart corporate headquarters
- Candy, Confectionary, or Salty Snacks experience
