Start: immediately in Pleasant Prairie, WI / United States Permanent
position, Full-time The Sr Financial Analyst - Manufacturing Operations
is a key member of our finance and manufacturing operations teams. This
role is located on-site at HARIBO of America\'s manufacturing plant in
Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (in southeastern Wisconsin, in the Kenosha
area on I-94). The Sr. Financial Analyst will deliver valued information
via actual, forecast, operating plan, and management reporting. The Sr.
Financial Analyst (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) role will support the
project governance and financial controls process for HARIBO of
America\'s manufacturing facility and supply chain/logistics network.
This is an integral role in collaborating closely with numerous
cross-functional teams to analyze and impact business results, support
the business performance presentations to upper management, as well as
leading ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of
experience in financial analysis focused roles, a Bachelor\'s Degree,
and prior experience in finance related roles supporting manufacturing.

vs. plan/LBE/ PY, including volume, manufacturing cost, financial
bridges, and historical trends Implementation of operational KPI\'s with
accurate validation on a weekly and monthly basis Provide in-depth

(e.g. production tonnage, scrap, utilization rate) and proactively
communicate and partner with the operations team Act as a trusted
