Analyst, Manufacturing (FP&A) to help shape the financial story behind
our growing U.S. business. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role is
a key strategic partner supporting forecasting, planning, and business
performance across our confectionery factory operations. As a key member
of our Finance team at the factory, you\'ll analyze results, build
financial models, and deliver insights that influence decisions across
Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. If you love turning numbers into

You\'ll Do Support annual planning, forecasting, and financial modeling

continuous improvement in FP&A processes and automation. What You\'ll
Bring Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5
years of FP&A, Controlling, or related finance experience in
Confectionery, Food, or CPG. Advanced Excel and SAP/BI proficiency with
strong analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to partner
across teams and translate insights into action. Preferred: MBA/CPA/CMA,
experience in a global organization, and Power BI or automation
