We’re building a new retail division and looking for driven sales reps who want control over their income and a clear path to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating your own leads through field work and door‑to‑door outreach
- Meeting directly with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
- Presenting solutions and closing deals on the spot (one‑call close)
- Learning and using proven sales scripts and systems
- Managing your pipeline and follow‑ups
The first few weeks are hands‑on and field‑focused: lead generation, learning the process, and getting comfortable in the role. Paid training provided!
