What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Foreman and experienced Fencer for a local fencing company position at Hargrove Fence?
We are looking for a kick a** person to lead and build the best fence in the business! We need a qualified Lead Foreman with real hands on experience.

Duties
- Lead and manage construction projects ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Utilize basic computer software for project tracking and reporting.Excel, Word, etc
- Oversee the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and review contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure all parties understand their responsibilities and orders materials and cares for equipment.
- Manage project documentation, including complete estimates, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fencing principles and practices.
- Work closely with estimators who bid the jobs; understand how to do change orders with customers.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks or other software in which bids can be created and tracked and turned into invoices is a PLUS but we can teach you.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with clients while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
