The Opportunity
We are seeking a mid-level industrial sales professional to manage and grow an existing, well-established territory. This is not a cold-start position—you’ll inherit a territory with a proven history of generating sales and commissions, as well as direct inbound leads from our OEM partners.
This is a high-opportunity role for a self-motivated, technically-minded sales professional ready to take ownership of a territory and help customers solve real-world industrial challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow sales in an established territory with contracted OEM support
- Receive all inbound leads directly from OEMs for your assigned region
- Conduct site visits and work closely with clients to understand and resolve process challenges
- Collaborate with OEM partners to align technical solutions with customer needs
- Independently schedule and manage your own calendar and sales pipeline
- Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, follow-ups, and closing
- Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and customer-focused support
Who You Are
- A self-starter with strong technical aptitude and industrial sales experience
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Experienced in industrial environments, ideally within one or more of the industries we serve
- A problem-solver who values long-term relationships over transactional selling
- Comfortable coordinating with engineering teams, OEMs, and plant personnel
- Professional, organized, and driven to exceed expectations
What We Offer
- A defined, protected territory with a strong customer base and existing sales history
- All inbound leads from OEMs in your territory passed directly to you
- Base Salary: to be negotiated based on experience
- Guaranteed Commission: First year guaranteed commission to help build sales pipeline
- Uncapped Commission: Top performers earn $200,000
- Typical Earnings: $100,000 annually
