We are seeking an autonomous, driven Sales Professional to manage and grow an established territory. You will act as your own boss—managing your schedule, lead generation, and project lifecycles—with the full backing of world-class manufacturers. This is an ideal role for a self-starter who thrives on field work and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively pursue new business through cold calling, site visits, and scheduled appointments to secure orders.
- Consultative Selling: Partner with customers to identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with manufacturers to design and quote the right technical solutions.
- Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-up and high-touch service.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage your own CRM data, travel schedule, and project deadlines from initial discovery to closing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4 years of field sales experience (industrial/technical sales preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Technical or Engineering focus is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to present technical concepts clearly.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.
