Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
$20–$22/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Location: Austin, TX 78721
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Hardwood Bargains is a fast-growing flooring company in Austin, TX. We rely on skilled warehouse professionals to keep inventory moving accurately and safely. We’re hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate who wants stability, consistency, and growth — not short-term work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks daily
- Load/unload flooring materials and stage orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments
- Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
- Assist customers with in-store pickups
- Maintain a clean and safety-focused warehouse
- Use power tools (table saw, miter saw, drill press)
- Support occasional local deliveries in company vehicles
Required Experience & Skills
✅ 3 years of warehouse experience
✅ 2 years of forklift operation (certification preferred)
✅ Proven shipping & receiving experience
✅ Ability to lift 70 lbs regularly
✅ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✅ Reliable transportation (local Austin commute)
✅ Strong attention to detail and safety
✅ High school diploma or GED
