Family Law Attorney (2 Years Experience Preferred)
Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 bonus potential

Position Overview
This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident, organized, and capable of managing an active caseload while working as part of a collaborative team. You will handle family law matters from intake through resolution with appropriate support and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and other court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Develop case strategy and move matters forward efficiently
Qualifications
- 2 years of family law experience (preferred)
- Evidentiary hearing experience
- Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage an active caseload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Trial experience preferred, but not required
