Hardwick General Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction planning through final completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and client communication while ensuring each project is completed on time and to company quality standards.

Hardwick General Contracting is a family-owned residential construction company serving Central Florida since 2004 and specializes in custom homes and high-end residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain project schedules using company project management software
• Manage active construction projects through all phases of production and completion
• Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and internal team members
• Monitor project budgets, review invoices, and track expenses throughout the construction process
• Maintain project records, reports, schedules, and daily documentation
• Provide ongoing communication and progress updates to clients and leadership
• Ensure work meets company quality expectations and project specifications
• Monitor compliance with applicable safety standards and building requirements
• Lead internal planning meetings and project coordination discussions
• Manage final walkthroughs, closeout documentation, and homeowner turnover process
• Assist with sustainability and process improvement initiatives as assigned
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of residential construction experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management, superintendent, or supervisory experience
• Experience in custom home or luxury residential construction strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and construction/project management platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Experience implementing operational or technology improvements is a plus
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history

• Annual Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
