What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Teacher - Therapeutic Classroom (Elementary) position at Hardwick Elementary?
The Quabbin Regional School District is seeking an experienced special education teacher who has DESE certification at the elementary school level. Experience with IEP writing, the ESPED database, conducting achievement assessments and working collaboratively with general education teachers is required. In addition, this position requires experience with behavior and safety plans, establishing positive relationships with students, and an ability to negotiate social/emotional needs of students as they pertain to educational programming.
