Your Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Door & Hardware Detailer / Estimator to:
- 📐 Review construction drawings and specifications
- ✏️ Prepare accurate bids and cost estimates
- 📋 Create detailed door & hardware schedules and submittals
- 🏗 Ensure compliance with building codes, fire ratings, ADA, and life safety requirements
- 🤝 Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams
What You Bring
- 5 years experience in commercial door & hardware detailing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Division 8 products (ASSA ABLOY, Allegion, Dorma-Kabba)
- Experience with Comsense, AVAWARE, or similar software (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
