Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Oceanside, CA. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible overseeing the sales operations of the Oceanside branch with the ultimate goal of increasing profitability of the assigned branch territory. This position will have oversight of general branch operations and responsibility of recruiting, developing, and retaining staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Management and customer relationship building
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and coordinating product orders
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration
- Strong Analytical and Reporting skills to track and achieve business objectives
- Highly organized with strong Leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in the commercial and/or military fasteners, components, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
